Instead you can slice the potatoes into thin slices or fries, spray them with a spray such as "Pam" and pop them into the oven. They will cook faster if you put them in the microwave for a minute or two first. Season your fries and they will be delicious.

Baked potatoes are great for a diet. They tend to fill you up and as long as you do not go overboard with the toppings they are a great choice.

When you are craving sugar consider eating a sweet fruit item instead of that slice of cake or cookies.
